Bill Fallon


              ill Fallon, a passionate skier, grew up during the

              boom of the ski industry in the 1960s and 1970s. 

He witnessed first hand the expansion of Waterville Valley in New Hampshire with the likes of the Kennedy's.


A son of well known Boston real estate developer, he himself became one of America's most successful real estate dealmakers working for the likes of Merv Griffin as well as others. As a child, his two worlds included sailing off of Cape Cod and ski racing in New Hampshire with some of the most famous coaches and athletes in both industries.


In his twenties, Fallon competed on both the World Profesional Ski circuit and was the youngest competitor in the first Freestyle Contest held in the World at Waterville Valley in the 1970s.


He was diagnosed with two Arterial Venous Malformations better known as AVMs in the early 1980s and survived two Craniomtomies totaling over 54 hours of surgery.   He established his mental and physical abilities through martial arts and today he follows his passion for both skiing and sailing with his wife Susie and resides in Sun Valley, Campton, NH and Cape Cod, MA.
